Cellar Visits
All our experiences are designed to offer an authentic immersion in the world of Davide Fregonese and Giovanni Rosso wines, in a refined and welcoming environment. Tastings can be conducted in Italian, English or Spanish and are held in our elegant tasting room or, during the summer, on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards.
On the estate you can buy the bottles you tasted, to take home as souvenir of this unique experience.
Visits must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are reserved for groups of up to 18 people.

Etna Experience
The experience includes a guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar, followed by a tasting of 4 bottled wines, accompanied by a platter with typical Sicilian specialties and the estate’s oil.
The wines to be tasted are:
Etna Bianco DOP Giovanni Rosso; Etna Rosato DOP Davide Fregonese; Etna Rosso DOP Giovani Rosso; Etna Rosso Riserva DOP Davide Fregonese.

Barolo Experience
The experience includes a guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar, followed by a tasting of 4 bottled wines, accompanied by a platter of typical Sicilian specialties and the estate’s oil.
The wines to be tasted are:
Barolo DOCG Giovani Rosso; Barolo DOCG; Cerretta Davide Fregonese; Barolo DOCG Serra Giovanni Rosso; Barolo DOCG Prapò Davide Fregonese.
The experience can be added to the Etna Experience or purchased individually.
